BrainTap's annual partner event, now online

Every year BrainTap gathers its Professional Partners in one room to teach the protocols, share the research, and show what partners are building. This year that gathering is the Practice Growth Conference, and the room is online. The partner who could never get away from patients gets the same three days as the partner who used to fly in, and the practitioner who has been watching from the sidelines gets a look inside before deciding.

The headset in the corner room

What partners tell BrainTap, in their own words

Ask a BrainTap partner what they want most and the answer comes back the same two ways. What session do I use for this? And how do I explain it without sounding like Patrick?

Most partners bought BrainTap because it's a hands-off therapy. My team runs it. The results in the chair are real, and the patients say so. Then the headset settles into a side room, gets used after the adjustment as a perk, and the take-home conversation never happens.

Every year the protocols get taught live at the partner event. Every year a few hundred partners are in the room. Everyone else hears about it afterward.

That is not a character flaw. Nobody handed them the system.

What is a BrainTap Professional Partner?

A practitioner or wellness facility that offers BrainTap's brainwave entrainment sessions to patients and clients, in the office and through take-home programs, with training, protocols, and marketing support from BrainTap.

No physical location yet? You can still attend. BrainTap has an affiliate path for practitioners without a facility.

This is the system, taught by the people who built it

Dr. Porter and the BrainTap team are using this event to update the partner training from the ground up: the science, the protocols, the enrollment conversation, and the practice economics. Research collaborators present what the studies show and where the evidence stops. Partner clinicians present what they charge and how their teams run it. And for the first time, you don't have to travel to get it.

Live, interactive, and built for your screen

Three days of sessions you can watch on replay, plus the moments that only happen live. Interactive through your browser and the BrainTap app, not a booth.

Morning Tap

A live guided BrainTap session opens each day. Follow along in the app from wherever you are. Partners with NeuralChek scan before and after and post the change.

Virtual happy hour

Friday evening with Dr. Porter, the BrainTap team, and partner guests. Bring your questions and your coffee, or something stronger. Saturday night has its own social. Disco optional.

Live Q&A and team training

Live sessions with Dr. Porter, Dr. Cidral-Filho, and the BrainTap team, with questions answered in the room and breakout conversations for partners working through their own clinic setup.

Works directly with the BrainTap app

This event is built to be used, not only watched. If you have the BrainTap app, open it alongside the sessions.

No app yet? Everything on the agenda can be watched without it, and a free trial link comes with your registration.

  • Follow along in the live guided sessions each morning
  • Run the protocol being discussed that same night, in your clinic or at home
  • Scan before and after with NeuralChek and watch the number move
  • Try the sessions your patients would take home, before you recommend them

Thirty days from now

You can say what BrainTap does in one sentence, and you've picked two protocols to start with. Your CA has a written procedure instead of a memory of a webinar. The sleep program has a price and a line in your report of findings. You know what the research says and which study you cite when you say it. And the room that held boxes has a schedule.

That version starts with three free days in December.

What you'll take back to your practice

Drawn from the sessions Dr. Porter has confirmed and the training BrainTap is building for this event.

  • Why every clinic is becoming a stress recovery center... how chronic stress shows up in sleep, hormones, cognition, inflammation, pain, and recovery, and why Dr. Porter believes the clinics that address nervous system regulation lead the next decade of care.
  • The revenue model of relaxation... how partners turn a hands-off therapy into recurring memberships, patient compliance, and differentiation without adding practitioner burnout, in Dr. Porter's words.
  • What one session does to heart rate variability... the changes in stress index and autonomic balance measured in BrainTap's 100-adult single-session trial, explained by Dr. Francisco Cidral-Filho the way you'd explain them to a patient.
  • Which session for which patient... how experienced partners choose among 47 protocols without learning all 47, from BrainTap's updated partner training.
  • The thirty-second explanation... how to describe brain fitness to a patient in plain language, without sounding like Dr. Porter.
  • Sleep as the new blood pressure... why Dr. Porter positions sleep optimization as the cornerstone of the modern wellness clinic, and why sleep is the easiest program to start with.
  • Three patients whose recovery stalled... and what changed in Dr. Ted Arkfeld's clinic when autonomic regulation, sleep, neurological recovery, and movement were addressed together.

All of it is free to watch during the event. Registration opens soon.

Dr. Patrick K. Porter

Dr. Patrick K. Porter, your host

Dr. Porter built BrainTap so that the benefits of brainwave entrainment could reach people at home, and built the Professional Partner Program so practitioners could deliver it in their practices. He brought this year's partner event online for one reason: every partner should get the updated training, not only the ones who can travel.

Sessions in development

About eighteen sessions across December 4, 5, and 6, recorded in advance and released on a schedule, plus the live sessions that only happen in real time. Titles are Dr. Porter's working list. The final lineup and schedule go out by email.

  • Selling take-home programs without feeling like a salesperson.
  • NeuralChek Go and NeuralChek Clinical, and enrolling with metrics.
  • The marketing asset library, and the AI tool most partners haven't opened.
  • Two storage rooms: turning unused space into a booked brain fitness room.

Registered attendees get more than the sessions

Free attendee bonuses

Everyone who registers for free will have access to additional bonuses from BrainTap and its partners: tools built to support the growth of your practice. The bonus list is announced with the full schedule.

VIP upgrade and live-attendee offers

A VIP upgrade will be available for partners who want the recordings, transcripts, audio, and the bonus package to keep and hand to their team. Live online attendees will see special offers during the event that are not available afterward, and will get first access to BrainTap's in-person practitioner event in March 2027.

A training event, not a highlight reel

BrainTap's technology is supported by twelve published studies conducted with universities and research centers in Europe and the Americas, and it is used by thousands of health providers. The research presenters show the studies and where the evidence stops. The partner clinicians show their numbers as their own results.

Nothing on this agenda promises an outcome for your patients or your practice. It shows you what the people doing the work have learned.

Questions partners ask

How much does it cost?

Registration is free, and every session is free to watch during the event. There will be a VIP upgrade for partners who want the recordings, transcripts, audio, and the bonus package to keep and hand to their team, and live online attendees will see special offers during the event that are not available afterward. When is it, and what if I see patients on Friday?

Friday December 4 through Sunday December 6, 2026, in the Eastern time zone. Sessions are released on a schedule and available on replay during the event, so a clinic day doesn't cost you the content. The morning sessions, the happy hour, and the live training are the parts worth clearing the calendar for.

I'm not a BrainTap partner yet. Should I attend?

Yes. The science sessions, the partner stories, and the practice economics are open to every registrant. If you decide you want to talk with the BrainTap team about becoming a partner, there will be a clear place to do that during the event. If you don't, nobody chases you.

Is this only for chiropractors?

No. BrainTap partners include chiropractors, natural and functional medicine doctors, neurological practices, wellness and recovery centers, health coaches, therapists, and performance coaches. The sessions are built for anyone who delivers brain fitness to clients, in an office or through take-home programs.

Will it be interactive, or three days of presentations?

Both. The practice and research sessions are recorded so you can watch them when it suits you. The live parts happen in real time: a guided session each morning in the BrainTap app, a virtual happy hour, a Saturday social, and live team training with questions answered in the room.

Can I rewatch the sessions?

During the event, each session is available for a limited window. For partners who want the training on their own schedule, or want their clinic manager to go through it, the VIP upgrade includes the recordings and additional bonuses. You'll see the details by email.

Do I need the BrainTap app or a headset to attend?

No. Everything on the agenda can be watched without either. The app lets you follow along in the live guided sessions and run the protocols being discussed, and partners with NeuralChek can scan before and after. A free trial link for the app comes with registration.

Is this a sales pitch for BrainTap?

BrainTap presents the event, and there will be a clearly marked place to talk with the BrainTap team about the Partner Program. The sessions themselves are training and research. You'll always know which is which.
